Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Cavola. It sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, and return them for a refund.
Condition of Returned Items
- Sealed collectible product (booster boxes, ETBs, bundles, packs) must be returned unopened and in original sealed condition. Once a sealed item is opened it cannot be returned unless faulty, because the contents are randomised.
- Accessories must be unused and in original packaging.
- Singles must be returned in the same condition and protection in which they were sent.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@Cavola.shop with your order number within 14 days. We'll send return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; we cover it for faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. See also our Lost or Damaged Parcels Policy. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
